At BLVCKFORGE, every order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it reaches you safely. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect choice of design, or personal preference.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To process your request, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange either:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund (if replacement is not available)

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Incorrect Address

BLVCKFORGE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
